Due to Covid-19 we are taking extra precautions to help protect our staff as well as you and your family:
1) We will call you prior to delivery to verify that you will be home to receive the delivery—YOU MUST BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY.

3) We will call you again informing you that we have successfully dropped off your order.
We understand that life is busy and maintaining a nutritional diet for your fur family is not always convenient. That’s where we come in! Online shopping + delivery: we do all the shopping for you and even deliver to your door! All you need to do is sign up, fill your cart, choose your next day delivery time slot, and checkout. We handle the rest!

Create an account in just a few minutes at 4pawsmarket.ca. Once enrolled you can earn Paw Points, which can be redeemed for discounts on purchases! Note: However, you are still able to place an order for delivery by checking out as a “guest”, but you will not earn any points as a “guest”.
You can shop for all your fur family needs including a wide selection of RAW, freeze dried, kibble, treats, canned and topper products, toys, beds, litter, leashes/collars, the works! Our delivery program includes most of the supplies that we offer in store, and yes… we deliver RAW. Once you have filled your cart, all you need to do is select the next day delivery time slot that is convenient for you.
Next Day Delivery Time Slots
We offer Next Day Delivery Monday to Friday between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm (Except holidays). Any order made prior to midnight will be delivered on the following day in the corresponding time slot of your choice. For instance, an order placed on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday then your order will be delivered on Monday. If for some reason you confirm your delivery but fail to accept/receive your order then you will be charged a $4.99 restocking fee. Our delivery assistants will do their best to meet your scheduled time slot, if there are unforeseen issues, you will be contacted and advised of an early/late delivery, so we may reschedule the delivery time that is suitable for you and our driver.
Our delivery assistant will be at your specified address during your selected next day time slot. A person 18 years or older must be available to receive your order during your selected time slot. If they are less than 18 years of age, then you will need to provide written consent with your signature. Orders will not be left without a signature showing that you received the order. If no one will be available during your selected time slot, then please contact us ([email protected]) to reschedule your appointment. At the time of delivery, we may also ask for your photo ID as well as the credit card that was used the place the order.
PICKUP - In Store
Ordering online and picking up in store is easy!
1) Place your order online.
2) We will pack your order for you, and set it aside.
3) Come in, verify your identity (Photo I.D), and you are on your way!
